1前言随着我国改革开放的深入及国际冷战时代的结束,信息技术爆炸式的发展,国内外“泄密事件”频频传出,其主要流向已转移到经济领域,我国的“保密工作”尚未适应这一转型期,给我国造成了不可估量的损失。新的盐业体制改革方案,从2016年起废止食盐专营和建全食盐储备体系两项内容最受资本市场关注。如何适应盐业市场放开的新形势,在市场竞争中做好技术、质量及营销的密保工作,需要引起我们的足够重视、值得我们去认真思考、去对待。
