一台玛连尼ME95160L型沥青拌和站,其地配斗的产量调节是通过MVF2020型转差调速电机实现的。其电磁转差离合器由电枢和磁极两部分组成,电枢与电动机同轴连接,磁极在电枢内由铁心和绕组组成,绕组由可控硅整流电源励磁。当电动机带动电枢旋转时,电枢切割磁力线感应出涡流,涡流与磁极的磁场作用产生电磁力。电磁力所形成的转矩使磁极跟着电枢旋转,从而带动输出轴转动。只需改变励磁电流的大小,就可以改变磁极转速,也就是改变电机的转速。
