我国的十七届四中全会对于全党提出了一项任务,就是对现在的基层党组织进行大力建设,并随着新时代的发展,创建出学习型党组织。而基层的供电企业受改革的影响,受到现在市场竞争的逐渐激烈影响,应该深入建设学习型党组织,并在党的引导下将政治核心作用充分的发挥出来。提升党的凝聚力号召力和战斗力,稳定基层职工队伍,使企业能够长远发展下去。本文对当前的基层供电企业实际情况,做出一些分析讨论。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of our country has set forth a task for the entire party in that it vigorously builds the present grassroots party organizations and, with the development of the new era, creates a learning party organization. The grass-roots power supply enterprises under the influence of reform, subject to the increasingly fierce market competition now, we should build in-depth study of party organizations, and under the guidance of the party will give full play to the role of the political core. Enhance the party’s cohesive power and combat effectiveness, and stabilize grass-roots workers and staff so as to enable the enterprises to develop in the long run. This article gives some analysis and discussion on the actual situation of grass-roots power supply enterprises.
