叙述在中型石英摄谱仪上加装光电记录。并用以分析铝合金中的铜含量。给出线路的详细描。写利用分析线对Cu2247A及Al2660A及铜含量范围在2.3—6.7%中的一组标准试样。获得谱线强度比的直读数与含量之间成直线关系的工作线。光电光谱分析的平均相对误差为4%。光谱分析与化学分析结果之间的差异为1%。
Description in the medium-sized quartz spectrograph to install photoelectric records. And used to analyze the aluminum content of copper. Give a detailed description of the line. Write and analyze pairs of Cu2247A and Al2660A and a set of standard samples with a Cu content in the range of 2.3-6.7%. Obtain a line with a straight line between the direct reading of the spectral intensity ratio and the content. The average relative error of optical spectral analysis was 4%. The difference between spectral analysis and chemical analysis was 1%.
