北京连续5年干旱,水资源短缺矛盾突出。确保首都供水和水环境安全,责重如山。应对严峻挑战,我们坚持紧密结合北京水务发展目标、中心任务抓科技,化解水务发展矛盾、难题抓科技,立足于成果、技术的实际应用抓科技,为水务发展提供科技保障。3年来,共开展市级以上重大科技项目54项,包括国家863计划项目和重大科技专项2项,取得多项科技成果。
Beijing has been in a droughty five consecutive years with prominent contradictions in water shortage. Make sure the capital’s water supply and water environment are safe and secure. To tackle tough challenges, we firmly adhered to Beijing’s water development goals. Our mission was to focus on science and technology, tackling the contradictions of water development, tackling science and technology, basing ourselves on achievements and practical application of science and technology to provide science and technology support for the development of water services. Over the past three years, a total of 54 major science and technology projects at or above the municipal level have been carried out, including 2 projects under the State 863 Program and major scientific and technological projects and a number of scientific and technological achievements have been achieved.
