杂散光是高性能光学系统中影响象质的主要因素之一。光学系统中杂散光的来源很多,要减少和抑制它,需要从光学设计、结构设计和工艺等方面来努力,这也是当前为提高光学系统质量的一个重要研究课题。光学系统各成对光学表面间的二次反射光是杂散光的主要来源之一。本文推导了用近轴近似方法计算二次反射杂光率的公式,论述了用此公式进行实际计算的方法,给出了计算程序的框图,并列举了按此程序所计算得的结果。最后,根据对计算结果的分析,得出了一些有益的结论。
Stray light is one of the main factors that affect the image quality in high performance optical systems. There are many sources of stray light in the optical system. To reduce and suppress it, efforts need to be made in optical design, structural design and technology, which is also an important research topic to improve the optical system quality. The secondary reflected light between each pair of optical surfaces of the optical system is one of the main sources of stray light. In this paper, the formula for calculating the secondary reflectance by using the paraxial approximation method is deduced. The method of calculating this method is discussed. The block diagram of the calculation program is given and the results calculated by the program are listed. Finally, based on the analysis of the calculated results, some useful conclusions have been drawn.
