沟槽边坡的稳定性对水利、市政、能源等领域的管道工程施工安全有重要影响。该文针对管道工程中主要用于保障施工人员安全的临时性、可移动的防护棚的设计要求,首先运用地质学方法分析了管道沟槽开挖后影响边坡稳定的各种因素,然后研究了边坡失稳堆积岩土体与这种防护棚的相互作用机理,进而运用经典土压力理论建立了防护棚土压力的计算模式,并且在工程实例中进行了验证和应用。结果表明,这种针对不同岩性、不同工况条件下采用不同土压力计算模式的方法对于合理设计管道施工防护棚有着积极的意义。
The stability of trench slope has an important impact on the safety of pipeline construction in the fields of water conservancy, municipal administration and energy. This paper aims at the design requirements of temporary and movable shelters which are mainly used to ensure the safety of construction personnel in pipeline engineering. Firstly, various factors that affect the stability of slope after trench excavation are analyzed by using geology method. The interaction mechanism between the slope unstable bedding rock mass and this shelter was established. Then, the earth pressure calculation model of shelter was established by using the classical theory of earth pressure, and verified and applied in engineering examples. The results show that this method of calculating different modes of earth pressure for different lithologies and working conditions has a positive meaning for the rational design of protective shield for pipeline construction.
