无锡县甘露乡粮管所本着深化改革的要求,在认真搞好粮食合同定购和统销供应的同时,积极搞活综合经营。几年来,这个所的综合经营从无到有,从少到多,逐步发展。开办了养猪场、养鸡场,生面加工场、豆制品工场、粮油食品综合商店、代农粮饲加工车间、小孵坊、机动船和金加工车间等8个生产经营单位,有30名职工从事这些经营业务。主要领导以50%的精力抓综合经营。同时修订各个工种的岗位责任制,把会经营、懂管理、交往广的人员推上综合经营的骨干岗位,让有一技之长
