目的了解精神疾病患者住院服务模式现状,分析封闭式病房和开放式病房两种住院服务模式的优劣势,探讨建立适应新形势的精神疾病住院服务模式。方法 2010年5月-10月自设2种问卷分别对3种不同性质的精神疾病医院的出院患者、门诊患者及家属进行问卷调查。调查内容包括出院患者的疾病特征,门诊患者及家属对两种住院服务模式的认知水平。结果两种住院服务模式在收治病种方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);82.11%(156/190)的门诊患者愿意选择开放式病房住院;影响患者与家属选择的因素主要集中在照顾患者生活、协助治疗、增加患者的安全感及防止意外事件发生等方面。结论宜建立以开放式病房为主,以急重症监护病房为辅的精神疾病病房住院服务模式。
Objective To understand the status quo of inpatient services in patients with mental illness and to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of two inpatient service modes in closed wards and open wards and to explore the establishment of inpatient service mode of mental illness to adapt to the new situation. Methods From May to October in 2010, two kinds of questionnaires were set up to survey the discharged patients, outpatients and their relatives from three different kinds of mental illness hospitals respectively. The survey included the patient’s disease characteristics, outpatients and their families on the level of awareness of the two inpatient service patterns. Results There were significant differences in the two kinds of inpatient service patterns in the treatment of patients (P <0.05); 82.11% (156/190) of outpatients were willing to choose open-plan hospitalization; the factors affecting the choice of patients and their dependents were mainly concentrated In the care of patients with life, to assist treatment, increase patient safety and prevent accidents and so on. Conclusions It is advisable to establish a hospitalization service model for mental illness wards mainly consisting of open wards and supplemented by intensive care unit.
