对多晶材料晶界结构予以调控,可以有效改善其性能。本文主要对304不锈钢进行研究,通过激光冲击、传统冷轧方式在材料表层引入应变,利用高频感应加热与激光热处理等方式展开相应的热处理,明确不同形变热处理对304不锈钢境界结构与耐腐蚀性的影响,并且比较不同形变热处理方式。
Polymorphic grain boundary structure to be regulated, can effectively improve its performance. In this paper, 304 stainless steel is mainly studied. By means of laser shock and traditional cold rolling, strain is introduced on the surface of the material. Corresponding heat treatment is carried out by means of high-frequency induction heating and laser heat treatment.
