分析我国认证咨询业的问题与现状,咨询企业的发展充满了压力与挑战。面对压力与挑战,人力资源是咨询企业的生命,要做好咨询企业的人力资源管理,最重要的是要建立一整套关于人才招聘、人力资源开发、业绩管理、职业生涯管理、薪酬与奖励的机制,为优秀人才的脱颖而出创造良好的制度环境,这样咨询企业才能步出困境,走向成功。本文结合认证咨询企业特点,对其在建立人才招聘、人力资源开发、业绩管理、职业生涯管理、薪酬与奖励机制方面做一些分析、研究和总结。
