目的 研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)对脑血管通透性的影响 ,并观察丹参水溶性成份丹酚酸B拮抗VEGF的作用。方法 动脉及侧脑室注射VEGF后 ,再注射伊文思兰 ,用分光光度法测脑内伊文思兰染色程度来反映VEGF的血管通透作用。注射VEGF前 30min ,动脉或侧脑室给药 ,观察药物抑制作用。结果 动脉及侧脑室注射VEGF剂量依赖性引起脑血管通透性升高 ,但两种给药方法无显著性差异。静脉注射丹酚酸B 0 .1mg·kg-1体重可显著抑制VEGF的通透作用 ,而侧脑室注射无明显作用。结论 丹酚酸B可显著抑制VEGF的血管通透作用 ,提示其对脑血管有一定的保护作
Objective To study the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on cerebral vascular permeability and to observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza B, a water-soluble component of Salvia miltiorrhiza, on VEGF. Methods Arterial and lateral ventricle injection of VEGF, and then injected Evans blue, with spectrophotometry Einstein blue staining to reflect the vascular permeability of VEGF. 30min before injection of VEGF, arterial or lateral ventricle administration, observe the drug inhibitory effect. Results Arterial and intracerebroventricular injection of VEGF dose-dependently led to increased cerebral vascular permeability, but there was no significant difference between the two administration methods. Intravenous Salvianolic acid B 0 .1mg · kg-1 body weight can significantly inhibit the permeability of VEGF, while no significant effect of intraventricular injection. Conclusion Salvianolic acid B can significantly inhibit the vascular permeability of VEGF, suggesting that it has some protection for cerebrovascular
