垂体瘤侵犯海绵窦而造成眼球运动障碍的报导甚少,以往文献有关眼肌麻痹发生率的报导差别很大,同时缺乏手术前后资料的对比,因而难以确定那些颅神经有障碍。作者报导近10年观察的64例垂体瘤。其中9例有眼球运动障碍。全部患者做颅内垂体瘤切除或次全切除。结果发现最常受影响的是第三颅神经(9例中有7例):3例完全损害,4例部分损害。受第三颅神经支配的肌肉最常受侵犯,如提上睑肌,表现为部分或完全眼睑下垂。7例第三颅神经麻痹患者中,4例瞳孔功能正常。
Pituitary tumors report violations of the cavernous sinus and cause eye movement disorders. There have been very few reports of the incidence of ophthalmoplegia in previous literature. At the same time, there is a lack of comparisons between before and after surgery, and it is difficult to determine which cranial nerves are impaired. The author reported 64 cases of pituitary tumors observed in the past 10 years. Nine of them had eye movement disorders. All patients underwent intracranial pituitary tumor resection or subtotal resection. The results showed that the most commonly affected was the third cranial nerve (7 out of 9): 3 were completely damaged and 4 were partially damaged. The muscles innervated by the third cranial nerve are most often violated, such as lifting the diaphragm, showing partial or complete drooping of the eyelid. Of the 7 patients with third cranial nerve palsy, 4 had normal pupillary function.
