天津市规划局和市建筑学会,为了调动广大规划设计人员的积极性,促进规划创作水平的提高,最近开展了天津王顶堤居住区规划竞赛。 王顶堤位于天津中心区西南边缘,占地124公顷。大部分苇塘,少部分稻田和菜园,地面平整,地上物简单,交通方便,市政设施较易解决,近期即可修建。这是市中心区内能成片修建的唯一空地,必须修建好。
In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of planning and design personnel and promote the improvement of the level of planning and creation, the Tianjin Planning Bureau and the Municipal Institute of Architecture recently launched the Planning Competition for the Wangdingdi Residential District in Tianjin. Wangdingdi is located on the southwestern edge of the central area of Tianjin and covers an area of 124 hectares.
