本文将通过对中国电信产业这十几年来的发展,来分析中国电信业的龙头企业中国电信(包括非上市部分的中国电信集团公司和上市部分的中国电信股份有限公司)竞争优势的变迁。全文分为两个大部分,第一部分分阶段描述中国电信产业的发展以及对各阶段中国电信竞争优势进行简要点评;第二部分将着重对当前电信行业重组后三家瓜分天下后的中国电信竞争优势从多个维度进行分析。本文的作者都曾就职于中国电信运营商,并且现在的工作也与各大运营商有关,因此对中国各大电信运营的发展和业务重点有较为清晰的了解。
This article analyzes the changes in the competitive advantages of China Telecom, the leading telecom company in China’s telecom industry, including China Telecom Corporation (unlisted part) and China Telecom Co., Ltd. (listed part) by analyzing the development of China’s telecommunications industry over the past decade. The full text is divided into two parts, the first part describes the development of China’s telecom industry in stages and gives a brief comment on the competitive advantages of China Telecom in each stage. The second part will focus on the competitive advantage of China Telecom after the three telecom industries are reorganized Analyze from several dimensions. All of the authors of this article have worked for Chinese telecom operators and their current work is also related to major operators. Therefore, they have a clearer understanding of the development and business priorities of major telecom operators in China.
