目的比较纳米流体树脂(esthetxflou)与玻璃离子水门汀修复根面龋的临床疗效。方法 198颗患牙随机分为两组,分别用纳米流体树脂、玻璃离根子水门汀修复。随机观察1~2.5年,从修复体变色、边缘密合度、修复体脱落等方面来观察效果。结果纳米流体复合树脂优于玻璃离子水门汀,相比之下是更理想的根面龋修复材料。结论流体树脂在修复窝洞凝固过程中更易通过表面变形来弥补收缩,减少了微渗漏的发生,并能封闭牙本质小管,防止修复后牙齿过敏和继发龋,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of esthetxflou and glass ionomer cement in the repair of root caries. Methods 198 teeth were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, with nano-fluid resin, glass ionomer cement repair. Random observation of 1 to 2.5 years, from the restoration of discoloration, edge adhesion, prosthesis shedding and other aspects to observe the effect. Results Nanofluid composite resin is superior to glass ionomer cement, which is a more ideal root caries repair material. Conclusion The fluid resin is more likely to compensate for the contraction through the surface deformation in the process of repairing the cavity of the cavity, reducing the occurrence of microleakage and closing the dentinal tubules to prevent tooth hypersensitivity and secondary caries after repair, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
