在新农村建设中,社会主义政治和谐不仅是题中应有之义,而且对整个新农村建设发挥着至关重要的方向保障与制度供给功能。本文在对新农村社会主义政治和谐进行内涵界定的基础上,提出新农村社会主义政治和谐包括党的领导的充分实现、村级管理的充分规范、农民权益的充分维护、农民民生的充分保障、干群关系的充分和谐五个方面的基本内容。实现新农村社会主义政治和谐必须夯实经济基础,促进农民持续增收;构筑坚强堡垒,加强组织领导;推进村级民主,保障农民权益;保障民生,建立社会安全网。
In the process of building a new socialist countryside, socialist political harmony is not only the proper meaning of the title, but also plays a crucial role in safeguarding the direction and providing the system to the entire new countryside. Based on the connotation of the socialist political harmony in new rural areas, this paper proposes that the political harmony of new socialist countryside includes the full realization of the party’s leadership, the adequate standardization of village-level management, the adequate protection of peasants ’rights and interests, the adequate protection of peasants’ livelihood, The basic content of the five aspects of full harmony between cadres and the masses. To achieve the new socialist countryside political harmony, we must lay a solid economic foundation to promote farmers continue to increase income; build a strong fortress and strengthen organizational leadership; promote village-level democracy and safeguard the rights and interests of farmers; protect people’s livelihood and establish a social safety net.
