国内现行工程项目的工作流程普遍存在着设计图质量难保证、信息传递效率低、质量差及算量多次重复等问题。以建筑结构的钢筋工程为视角,采取对比分析的方法阐明BIM的特点及在钢筋工程中的应用价值,表明BIM可以较好地解决上述问题,但BIM应用价值的实现与现行工作流程不相适应,为此提出改变现有工作流程的方案。所得到的研究结果可以为人们认识BIM在工程项目多环节联动应用提供参考。
The prevailing work flow in the current domestic projects is difficult to guarantee the quality of the design drawings, low efficiency of information transfer, poor quality and calculation repeated many issues. From the perspective of reinforced structure of building structure, comparative analysis is used to illustrate the characteristics of BIM and the application value in steel bar engineering, which shows that BIM can solve the above problems well, but the application value of BIM is not compatible with the current workflow , For which propose a program to change the existing work flow. The results obtained can provide a reference for people to know BIM in the linkage of engineering projects.
