学校文化作为一种社会亚文化,具有很强的包容性,不仅是学校系统内外各种文化(如代际之间的文化、各类显性与隐性文化等)的综合,而且是学校内部各种文化(如教师文化、学生文化等)的整合。它是历史积淀的产物,具有冲突与整合、积极与消极、传承与创新等特性。基于我校的校本实际,我校提出了基于文峰文化的学校文化建设的构想,经过三年的实践,收益匪浅。
