新课程要求“积极开发并合理应用校内外各种课程资源”。在教学过程中,合理有效地利用一切可利用的课程资源,最大限度地做到资源共享,促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性的学习,以充分激发学生学习积极性,实现自我价值。一、教师是课程资源的重要载体教师作为知识的传授者,学生学习活动的组织者,情感的培养者,其知识能力、情感态度、人生观、价值观、以及教师的兴趣爱好、社会责任感等隐性资源,都直接对学生的情感世界起到潜移默化的作用。 1.教师由知识的传授者变为学生心灵的唤起者
The new curriculum requirements “actively develop and rationally apply various curriculum resources inside and outside the school ”. In the teaching process, reasonable and effective use of all available curriculum resources, maximize resources sharing, and promote students to actively and individualized learning under the guidance of teachers, in order to fully stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and achieve self-worth. First, teachers are important carriers of curriculum resources. Teachers serve as trainers of knowledge, organizers of student learning activities, and cultivators of emotions. Their knowledge capabilities, emotional attitudes, outlook on life, values, and interests of teachers, social responsibility, etc. Sex resources directly exert a subtle influence on the student’s emotional world. 1.
