种子的纯度对作物产量影响极大,据试验证明,玉米杂交种子纯度指标每下降1%,每亩将减产9.1公斤左右。因此,纯度是种子最重要的质量指标,是实现种子质量标准化评定的种子等级的重要依据。为保证种子纯度标准,在玉米种子生产过程中,我们采用了蓼去雄方法,但多年来一直未能有效地控制木自交苗率,杂交种子下代鉴定很难达到国家规定标准。1993年,国家技术监督局全国抽样检测108个玉米杂交种子作品中只有3个自交系达标。为保证玉米杂交种子纯度,实现种子质量标准化,采用玉米制种带叶摸苞去雄技术,是行之有效的方法。
The purity of the seeds has a great impact on crop yield. According to the tests, the purity index of maize hybrid seeds is reduced by 1% per acre and the yield per acre is about 9.1 kg. Therefore, purity is the most important quality index of seeds and an important basis for achieving seed quality standardization assessment of seeds. In order to ensure the standard of seed purity, we used the method of Polygonum orientale in the process of corn seed production. However, it failed to effectively control the rate of selfing seedlings over the years. It is very difficult for the identification of the next generation of hybrid seeds to meet the national standard. In 1993, only three inbred lines of 108 maize hybrid seeds nationally sampled and tested by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision reached the standard. In order to ensure the purity of hybrid seeds in corn and achieve the standardization of seed quality, it is an effective method to use maize seed with leaf buds and buds to remove male.
