当前我国高炉已停止喷油,普遍改为喷煤。某些企业由于无烟煤供应上存在运输距离远和煤质下降等问题,故准备逐步改喷烟煤。但是,喷吹烟煤有烧掉化工副产品的缺点。因此提出将烟煤半焦化处理,提取高热值煤气和轻质焦油,而将半焦细磨喷入高炉的方案。这个方案的优点是:①得到高热值煤气;②得到煤重5~10%的轻质焦油,它可代替石油生产很多化工产品;③高炉喷吹半焦可以避免烟煤爆炸,使制粉和喷
