砂带磨损是影响加工精度、表面质量、加工效率和生产成本的重要因素之一.以往的研究只局限于普通砂带磨削的磨损,而强力砂带磨削磨损研究尚未见诸报导.本文对接触轮式强力平面砂带磨削的砂带磨损过程、砂带磨损形式、磨损机理及磨削参数对磨损的影响作了大量的实验研究.测定了此种磨削方式下的相对金属切除率、磨削法向力、磨削比、磨粒磨损平面面积率等机理参数,揭示了在此种磨削条件下砂带的金属去除机理和磨损机理,得出了一些重要结论.
Belt wear is one of the important factors affecting the machining accuracy, surface quality, processing efficiency and production costs. The previous research was limited to the abrasion of ordinary belt grinding, while the study of grinding abrasion of strong belt has not been reported yet. In this paper, a great deal of experimental research has been done on the wear process of abrasive belts, the wear patterns of abrasive belts, the wear mechanism and the influence of grinding parameters on wear of wheeled flat belts. The mechanism parameters such as relative metal removal ratio, grinding normal force, grinding ratio and abrasive wear flat area ratio under such grinding mode were measured, and the metal removal mechanism of abrasive belt under such grinding conditions was revealed. Wear mechanism, reached some important conclusions.
