为了检验苜蓿雄性不育系MS-GN的育性及杂种优势表现,试验于2009年采用人工授粉的方式,以不同苜蓿品种与MS-GN杂交得到测交及杂交子代种子,2010年通过对子代育性及生产性状进行比较分析。结果表明:该不育材料的不育性状具有可遗传性,霍普兰德和CW321对不育材料具有一定的保持能力。杂交组合间的株高和鲜重差异显著,株高最高的组合是竞争者,鲜重最大的是W323接种。说明MS-GN不是由细胞核不育所决定的不育类型,苜蓿杂种优势比较明显,可以在苜蓿制种中进行应用。
In order to test the fertility and heterosis of alfalfa male sterile line MS-GN, the experiment was conducted by artificial pollination in 2009, and the cross-fertilization and hybrid progeny seeds were obtained by crossing different alfalfa varieties with MS-GN. In 2010, Progeny and productive traits were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the sterility trait of the sterile material was heritable and that Hopland and CW321 had some ability to maintain the sterile material. There was significant difference between plant height and fresh weight in hybrid combinations. The highest plant height was the contender, and the highest fresh weight was W323 inoculation. MS-GN is not the type of sterility determined by nuclear infertility, and the advantage of alfalfa hybrids is obvious, which can be applied in alfalfa seed production.
