新课改以来,教师在教学过程中,更加注重对学生综合能力的培养,重视学生的个性化学习和发展。《新课程标准》对数学课堂有了新的要求,要求课堂简约化,教师在教学过程中,要根据教学内容进行情景创设,活动组织,素材选择,以及练习设计和结构安排等进行合理的把握,让教学课堂变得清晰,简练而深刻,实现教学课堂的质量优化,为形成简约课堂打下基础。同时,也要进行本级诊断式的听评课活动,以促进教师教学技能的进步,教学质量的提高。
