The Overseas Study Program for Middle-Aged and Young Chinese Artists(hereinafter referred to as “the Overseas Study Program”)is an exchange program launched by China Artists Association in 2009.This special scholarship project is thefirst of its kind for Chinese artists,offering agreen channel for young Chinese artists to study abroad.The following is an exclusive interview with Mr.Wu Changjiang,vice chairman of China Artists Association(CAA) responsible for this study program.
