从黄柏中提取小蘖硷,其收得率的高低,与原料的优劣有密切的关系,如:用黄柏其含量最高,每百斤含4-5%,而江西与山西等地所产之黄柏,一般含量在2%左右,东北产的则含量最低,约为0.5-1%。除了上述的因素外,其次便与我们所用的溶媒,结晶时的酸度,等操作条件有很大的关系,现将我们试制过程中的一些情况与结果分述如下: (一)溶媒的选择:在一般的文献上记载是用95%醇作溶媒,而我们通过生产实践证明,并不需用95%醇作溶媒,需视原料而决定用怎样浓度的醇。
The extraction rate of the small peony from Phellodendron chinense has a close relationship with the quality of the raw materials, such as: the highest content of Phellodendron amurense, containing 4-5% per kilogram, and production in Jiangxi and Shanxi. Phellodendron chinense, the general content of about 2%, the lowest content in the Northeast, about 0.5-1%. In addition to the above factors, it has a great deal to do with the solvent used by us, the acidity at the time of crystallization, and other operating conditions. We will now describe some of the conditions and results of our trial production process as follows: (1) Selection of solvents: In the general literature, 95% alcohol is used as a solvent, and we have proved through production practice that 95% alcohol is not required as a solvent, and depending on the raw material, the concentration of alcohol should be determined.
