了解小学生的心理世界,对于从事小学教育工作的老师来说,显得十分重要。古语云:知彼知己,百战百胜。把教育工作与行军打仗联系起来,似乎有些不太合理。但事实上,教育工作跟行军打仗一样,都必须面对各种各样的矛盾统一体。例如,要做好教育工作,就必须处理好师生之间的关系。当我们以教师为主体,站在教师的立场上去解决师生之间关系的时候,我们就会意识到,熟悉和掌握小学生的心理是搞好小学教育工作的关键环节之一。所以说,在工作过程中认真深入地观察分析小学生们的心理,是小学教育工作者的重要任务。那么,小学生的心理世界究意是怎么一回事呢?又将如何扬长避短地利用他们的心理向他们输送有助于他们成长的养分呢?
Understanding the psychological world of pupils is of great importance to teachers who are engaged in primary education. Old saying goes: know each other, victorious. It seems somewhat unreasonable to link educational work with march warfare. However, in fact, education, like the war on march, must face all kinds of contradictions and unification. For example, to do a good job in education, we must handle the relationship between teachers and students. When we take the teacher as the main body and stand on the teacher’s position to solve the relationship between teachers and students, we will realize that being familiar with and mastering the psychology of pupils is one of the key links in the primary education. Therefore, it is an important task for primary school educators to carefully observe and analyze the psychology of pupils and students in their work processes. So, the psychological concept of primary school students is how the same thing? And how to avoid weaknesses to use their psychology to deliver nutrients that will help them grow?
