在原有单缸机的基础上,采用较小柱塞直径、较大行程P型喷油泵,提高进气涡流转速和排气道流通系数,配合供油提前角和进气压力的合理匹配,实现快速混合燃烧过程,使单缸机的功率密度提高20%左右。燃烧过程的测量结果表明,较小柱塞直径喷油泵的采用抑制了速燃期放热速度,从而获得较小的工作粗暴度和最高燃烧压力;提高进气涡流转速,保证了快速混合燃烧过程的实现,从而获得较高热效率。
