本文分别在-55℃、25℃及125℃下对稀土含量为0~1.5%的Sn-Pb-RE系列钎料的拉伸性能进行了研究,结果表明,不同温度下,稀土的加入均可使钎料的拉伸强度提高,且稀土含量增加,提高程度增加。同时,本文还对稀土的作用行为进行了初步讨论。
In this paper, the tensile properties of Sn-Pb-RE series brazing filler metals with 0-1.5% rare earth content were studied at -55 ℃, 25 ℃ and 125 ℃, respectively.
