当前,石油石化企业改革的步伐加快,力度加大,正处于攻坚阶段。如何做好这一时期职工的思想政治工作,一是要坚持做好思想疏导,以量化管理来加强正确的思想引导;二是要坚持以企业文化育人,以扎实有效的活动载体来提高职工素质;三是要坚持以人为本,求真务实,把职工群众的根本利益放在心坎上;四是要坚持抓好干部作风的根本转变,以加强作风建设来凝聚人心。
