南京一建所属综合加工厂的前身是“五·七”家属工厂,成立于73年,生产水盆、浴缸、水泥管等小型混凝土产品。80年转为市属集体企业。由于场地小、生产能力受限;人员素质较低,销售不畅,部分产品积压。加上近几年退休职工越来越多,已有165名,是现有职工99名的167%,每月发退休工人工资及医疗费1.3万元,至今年九月末,劳保基金超支12.19万元,企业累计亏损11.21万元。
The predecessor of Nanjing No. 1 Integrated Processing Plant was the “May 7” family factory.
