目的探讨小剂量双氢克尿噻与硝苯地平缓释片的联合降压效果。方法对照组45例患者单用硝苯地平缓释片,治疗组45例患者合用小剂量双氢克尿噻和硝苯地平缓释片,对照组与治疗组进行对比。结果小剂量双氢克尿噻与硝苯地平缓释片合用降压效果显著高于单用硝苯地平缓释片(P<0.05)。结论小剂量双氢克尿噻与硝苯地平缓释片的联合应用治疗老年高血压病疗效良好。
Objective To investigate the combined antihypertensive effect of low-dose hydrochlorothiazide and nifedipine sustained-release tablets. Methods 45 patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets only. 45 patients in the treatment group were treated with low-dose hydrochlorothiazide and nifedipine sustained-release tablets, and the control group and the treatment group were compared. Results Low-dose hydrochlorothiazide and nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined antihypertensive effect was significantly higher than the single nifedipine sustained-release tablets (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of low-dose hydrochlorothiazide and nifedipine sustained-release tablets is effective in treating elderly patients with hypertension.
