建立测定康脑心胶襄中多糖的含量方法。方法 紫外分光光度法，检测波长625nm。结果在10-200ug·ml^-1范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9997，平均加样回收率95．88％，RSD为4．35%。结论 本方法简洁、快速，结果准确可靠、重现性好。
