该文首次根据喷雾干燥中磷酸二氢铵空心微球的形成过程、形成条件和形成机理,模拟了磷酸二氢铵空心微球的形成过程。磷酸二氢铵空心微球形成过程的数学模型包括了连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程、质量扩散方程和质量守恒方程,能够反映空心微球在变密度、变粘度、动边界以及非等温条件下气泡的半径、气泡内的气压、空心微球的温度和水分浓度的分布变化以及羧甲基纤维素(CMC)浓度和表面张力对气泡半径的影响。数值计算气泡最后的半径与实验值比较接近。
According to the forming process, formation conditions and formation mechanism of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate hollow microspheres in spray-drying, the formation process of hollow-core ammonium dihydrogen phosphate microspheres was simulated for the first time. The mathematical model of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate hollow microsphere formation includes the continuity equation, momentum equation, energy equation, mass diffusion equation and mass conservation equation, which can reflect the properties of hollow microspheres in variable density, variable viscosity, moving boundary and non-isothermal conditions The radius of the lower bubble, the pressure inside the bubble, the distribution of the temperature and the water concentration of the hollow microspheres, and the influence of the concentration of the carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and the surface tension on the bubble radius. The final bubble radius is close to the experimental value.
