在传统钢芯输送带漏磁检测的基础上,采用空间磁感应强度ωB T的Z轴分量ωB z监测新方法,也即利用钢绳芯的每组接头、断口的漏磁对应一对磁偶极子的N、S极,通过监测磁偶极子N、S极的极值点信号,来实现对输送带的损伤监测,提高了数据的实时处理能力。另外,通过对相关2种类型传感器分析比较,得出了更为合理的霍尔元件作为监测元件。实验结果表明,空间磁感应强度ωB T的Z轴分量ωB z检测方法具有可靠性高、实时性好、通用性强、安装使用方便等优点。
On the basis of traditional magnetic steel core belt flux leakage testing, the new method is used to detect the Z-axis component ωB z of the magnetic flux density ωB T. That is to say, by using each group of joints of the steel cord core, the leakage magnetic flux of the fracture surface corresponds to a pair of magnetic dipoles Sub-N, S pole, by monitoring the magnetic dipole N, S pole extreme point signal, to achieve the conveyor belt damage monitoring and improve the real-time data processing capabilities. In addition, by analyzing and comparing the two types of sensors, a more reasonable Hall element is obtained as a monitoring element. The experimental results show that the ZB-axis ωB z detection method of magnetic flux density ωB T has the advantages of high reliability, good real-time, versatility, easy installation and so on.
