用自行研制的便携式“婴儿行为听力筛查仪”对北京城区3个街道的婴儿进行了筛查.共计筛查了520名婴儿(男276,女244),其中43(8.3%)名未通过.对43名未通过筛查的和随机抽选的50名已通过筛查的婴儿用听性脑干反应和声导抗测试复查.未通过筛查的43名婴儿中.6名(1.15%)有听力损失,37名听力正常;通过筛查的50名婴儿全部具有正常听力.经计算该筛查方法的敏感度为100%,特异度为92.8%,表明该筛查仪适用于婴儿听力筛查.
A total of 520 infants (276 male and 244 female) were screened for the three-street infants in downtown Beijing using a self-developed portable “infant behavior audiometry”, of which 43 (8.3%) failed Forty-three non-screened and randomized 50-year-old infants who had been screened were followed up with auditory brainstem response and acoustic impedance tests.6 of the 43 infants (1.15% ) Had hearing loss and 37 were normal hearing.All of the 50 babies who passed the screening had normal hearing.The calculated sensitivity and specificity of the screening method were 100% and 92.8%, respectively, indicating that the screening instrument is suitable for infant hearing Screening.
