住宅产业化作为我国建筑业发展方向,仍处于起步阶段.为了加快我国产业化住宅中施工阶段造价精细化管理水平,针对产业化住宅施工阶段造价管理现状,分析了造价管理中存在的主要问题.结合BIM技术的特点,阐述了BIM技术在产业化住宅施工阶段的快速算量、进度款申报、资料管理以及现场管理等方面的应用.
Industrialization of housing is still in its infancy as the development direction of China’s construction industry.In order to speed up the fine management of construction cost in the industrialized housing in our country and aiming at the status quo of the cost management in the industrialization of residential construction, the main problems in the management of the construction cost are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of BIM technology, this paper expounds the application of BIM technology in the rapid calculation, progress payment reporting, data management and on-site management of industrialized residential construction.
