5月12日,原水股份股票简称改为“城投控股”。这标志着其大股东上海城投已完成借壳上市。《上海国资》从上海城投得到的一份资料上显示,上海城投高达1500多亿元的资产分布在路桥、水务、环境和置业等业务板块。其中,路桥板块占481.33亿元,水务占363.06亿元,环境占73.03亿元,置业占200.76亿元,剩余的460.88亿元则散布在上海城投旗下的其它业务板块。
May 12, the original stock of water shares referred to as “City Investment Holdings ”. This marks the completion of its largest shareholder Shanghai Chengtou backdoor listing. Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission received a piece of information from Shanghai Urban Investment Co., Ltd., showing that Shanghai Urban Investment has a total assets of more than 150 billion yuan distributed in such business sectors as road and bridge, water affairs, environment and home ownership. Among them, the road and bridge plates accounted for 48.133 billion yuan, water accounted for 36.306 billion yuan, the environment accounted for 7.303 billion yuan, home buyers accounted for 20.076 billion yuan, the remaining 46.088 billion yuan is scattered in the Shanghai Urban Investment’s other business segments.
