旨在提高乳化液泵的运转安全可靠性,促进安全生产,研究分析了乳化液泵的常见故障,即曲轴联杆机构失效问题。采用振荡球式黏度计、原子发射光谱仪、分析式铁谱仪及铁谱显微镜测试试验分析故障机的在用油,采用铁谱分析水分测试法定性定量测试润滑油水分污染,检出轴瓦故障状态下巴氏合金摩擦聚合物图谱并系统阐述了其产生机理。分析结论原因主要是选用润滑油不合理、油液严重污染、维护检修不及时而演变成为故障的链式反应。最后,对乳化液泵的故障防治、安全运转提出建议。
