学习动机是直接推动学生在体育课上进行学习的一种内部动力,它是一种对学习上的需要。研究学生学习过程的动机需要,有助于我们从教学实践方面加深理解和更好地把握教学目的,对症下药,有的放矢,从而使教师“教”和学生“学”融为一体,保证我们教学工作具有实际意义,收到好的效果。一、学习需要与学习动机的分类从心理学角度而言,一般将产生学习行为的心理原动力称为“学习需要”,将促成学习行为的心理能量称为“学习动机”。它们都是用以解释学习行为结构的概念,两者通常不加以区别。
