近年来,随着医疗体制改革的不断深化、法律法规的不断完善以及人民群众法制观念的不断增强,医疗纠纷的发生率呈现逐年上升的趋势,而且赔偿的金额也不断增加,如何有效解决这一难题,值得卫生管理者思考。只有全面、充分、深入地了解和熟悉产生医疗纠纷的真正原因,才能从根本上有效地预防医疗纠纷。结合现阶段医疗纠纷发生的实际状况,在对医疗纠纷问题处理上的吸取经验,总结教训,为日后合理有效地减少、遏制医疗纠纷的发生提出建设性对策措施。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system, the continuous improvement of laws and regulations, and the continuous enhancement of the concept of the people’s legal system, the incidence of medical disputes has been increasing year by year, and the amount of compensation has also been increasing. How can we effectively solve this? The problem is worth thinking about health managers. Only by comprehensively, fully, and thoroughly understanding and familiarizing with the real causes of medical disputes can we fundamentally and effectively prevent medical disputes. Combine the actual conditions of medical disputes at the present stage, draw lessons from the treatment of medical disputes, and summarize lessons so as to provide constructive countermeasures for rational and effective reduction and containment of medical disputes in the future.
