在现代科技中,静压管桩作为一种新兴起的快速发展的基桩形式,因为这种方法没有噪音,没有振动,没有冲突,所以很适应于岩土工程的建筑要求,不仅适用于一般的粘性土及回填土、淤泥和淤泥质土、粉(砂)性土、非自重湿陷性黄土质以及强风化的岩层、坚硬的粉石土层砂土层中,还适用于各类建筑物的低承台桩基础;静压法施工是通过静力压桩机构以压装机自重和机架上的配重提供反力而将桩压入土中的沉桩工艺,以静力法沉桩作为基础,以压桩桩型作为选用的预应力管桩,两者相结合起采使用,便有望成为我国今后桩基发展的主要的产品。本文就通过对静压桩基础技术的了解,研究了静压桩的沉桩机理在实践中的进一步的应用。
