卡介苗膀胱灌注是治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤一种有效的方法 ,治疗机理尚不清楚。卡介苗治疗中包括局部细胞免疫、卡介苗的直接细胞毒性作用、细胞因子的细胞杀伤以及抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用 (AD CC)的参与 ,与此同时 ,卡介苗有效地克服肿瘤免疫逃逸。其中 ,细胞免疫是最重要的抗肿瘤成分 ,主要有CD8T细胞、γδT淋巴细胞、单核巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞NK)、淋巴因子激活杀伤细胞 (LAK)和卡介苗激活的杀伤细胞 (BAK)的参与。细胞信号传导中 ,穿孔素 /粒酶途径和Fas/FasL途径构成了重要的细胞免疫杀伤分子机制。对于治疗的免疫网络 ,树突状细胞 (DC)也是不可或缺的。总之 ,这些发现有助于对卡介苗治疗机理认识的提高 ,以及改善卡介苗膀胱灌注治疗策略
BCG bladder irrigation is an effective treatment of superficial bladder cancer, the mechanism of treatment is not yet clear.
