武术在中国已经流传了几千年,是中华民族优秀的传统文化,是各个民族都热爱的传统体育项目。在古代,以身体活动为存在形式的武术是人与人之间和国与国之间克敌制胜的主要技击术,当然更对练习者的身体健康起重大作用。发展到近现代,武术不再是主要的技击术,而发展成为了为满足人们更高的物质和精神需求的一种体育运动,充分体现了其重要的健身价值。本文将通过文献资料研究法、描述性研究法、逻辑分析法重点对武术的健身功能价值进行研究分析,并根据发展现状提出建议。
Wushu has been circulated in China for thousands of years and is an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. It is a traditional sport that all ethnic groups love. In ancient times, the form of martial arts with physical activity as the form of existence was the main technique to defeat enemies among people and between nations. Of course, it also played a significant role in the practitioner’s health. To the modern age, martial arts is no longer the main technique, but has developed into a kind of sports meeting the people’s higher material and spiritual needs, fully embodying its important fitness value. This article will focus on the value of the fitness function of martial arts by literature research, descriptive research and logical analysis, and make recommendations based on the status quo.
