本文主要根据煤粒不同密度,用具有一定比重的比重液对煤进行比重分级。并对不同比重的煤粒进行灰成分分析,找出在不同比重的煤中含碱量及含铁量的规律,从而预测和分析煤在炉膛中燃烧时引起结渣和沾污的程度,为锅炉设计和运行提供依据。
This paper mainly based on the different density of coal particles, with a certain proportion of the proportion of liquid gravity on the coal grading. And the ash content of coal with different specific gravity is analyzed to find out the rule of alkali content and iron content in coal with different specific gravity so as to predict and analyze the degree of slagging and contamination caused when coal is burned in the furnace. Boiler design and operation provide the basis.
