提高农村教师质量,职前培养是关键。职前培养可以让教师具有扎根农村教育的坚定信念;开足、开好提升技能的核心课程,加大教育实践课程的比重,突出普通话、三笔字等技能课程的实践训练;创新培育模式,教育部门制定《师范生职前培育方案》,对应农村小学为师范生提供实习场所和名师指导,使之在教育教学实践中达到教师标准要求。
