一个患者来到医院后,就发出了各种各样的医疗情报,如患者向医生诉说的症状,听了主诉后在医生头脑中产生的思考,诊察所见,检查程序及其数据资料,开出的处方,介绍到其他科室,入院申请,向其他医疗机构询问和报告,费用的计算等。这些情报须逐个地进行传递和处理,而且情报种类、发生场所、流向顺序又因人而异。每天2000人次以上的门诊患者,1000人次的住院患者诊疗所发生的情报种类、数量和流向既庞大又复杂,如一旦在某一个环节发生错

The prescriptions were introduced to other departments, applications for admission, consultations and reports with other medical institutions, and calculation of expenses. The information must be transmitted and processed one by one, and the type of intelligence, location of occurrence, and direction of flow vary from person to person. The number, quantity, and direction of intelligence for outpatients with more than 2,000 visits per day and 1,000 visits for inpatients are huge and complex, such as if something goes wrong at one point.
