目的利用红细胞基因分型辅助鉴定对抗高频抗原的抗体(Antibody against high prevalence antigens)。方法对1例对抗高频抗原的抗体用血清学定型和基因定型(genotype),同时采用菠萝酶与巯基试剂(DTT)处理红细胞进行抗体鉴定。结果抗筛细胞与谱细胞反应均阳性、反应强度一致且直抗和自身对照阴性,患者血清中存在对抗高频抗原的抗体。用试剂抗体血清学方法未检出稀有血型抗原,而基因分型检出患者为稀有血型Di(a+b-),其血清中存在的高频抗原抗体高度怀疑为抗-Di~b。结论红细胞基因定型在辅助鉴定对抗高频抗原的抗体中有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To use red blood cell genotyping to assist in the identification of antibodies against high prevalence antigens. Methods One antibody against high frequency antigen was serotyped and genotyped, and the red blood cells were treated with pineapple enzyme and thiol reagent (DTT) for antibody identification. Results The anti-screening cells and the spectrum of cells were positive reaction intensity consistent and direct anti-negative and self-control, the patient’s serum anti-high-frequency anti-body antibodies. Reagent antibody serological methods did not detect rare blood group antigen, and genotypes detected in patients with rare blood group Di (a + b-), the serum high frequency antigen antibody is highly suspected of anti-Di ~ b. Conclusion The erythrocyte gene typing is of great importance in assisting the identification of anti-HF antibodies.
