益智仁是中医常用的补阳药,有温脾、暖肾、固气、涩精,治冷气腹痛、中寒吐泻、夜多小便之效。文献介绍,益智含挥发油、辛味等有机组分,而有关无机元素的含量,迄今尚未见极道,作为综合研究益智的一部分。我们用原子吸收光谱法测定了锌、铜、铁、锰、镍、钴、镁、钙等8种元素的含量,包括益智果实、益智仁不同部位的比较,并对药用益智的微量元素与疗效关系作初步探讨。 Yizhiren is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine to make up for yang. It has warming spleen, warm kidney, solid gas, and astringent essence. It also cures abdominal pain caused by cold air, cold vomiting and diarrhea, and urination at night. According to the literature, puzzles contain volatile organic components such as volatile oils and pungent flavors, and the content of relevant inorganic elements has not been seen so far, as part of a comprehensive research puzzle. We used the atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the contents of eight elements including zinc, copper, iron, manganese, nickel, cobalt, magnesium, and calcium, including the comparison of different parts of the puzzle fruit and the Zhiyi kernel. The relationship between trace elements and curative effects was discussed.
